This rare and utterly perfect Italian walnut commode, has been dated in Italy to Circa 1700. Featuring the classical Louis XVI form, this commode has been restored to museum quality. On the front, fiore and binding inlay adorns each drawer. In the centre of each drawer, features three locks with their original keys and on each side of these locks, are exquisite round brass drawer pulls. On each side of this commode, fiore motif inlay can be seen, as well as on the top of this piece. A precious commode, for the discerning Italian furniture collector.
