This incredible pine armoire was found in Venezia, Italy, and has been dated at approximately C. 1880. Delicate, Hand painted foliage on the armoire doors trail down to a depiction of a traditional Italian countryside celebration, where figures have been painted in great detail. On the lower drawer, an Italian country side landscape has been painted. This armoire features its original brass locks, key and drawer handles and is a magnificent piece of freestanding artwork for ones home, with the addition of functionality for hidden storage.
